Per-drive read/write throughput and busy percentage. S.M.A.R.T. health status and drive temperature. Availability varies by drive type — most SATA drives are supported; NVMe support depends on the drive and driver, and some USB enclosures may not expose S.M.A.R.T. at all.

Some features depend on your hardware and Windows version.
MetSIDash detects what’s available at startup and silently hides anything your system doesn’t support.

CPU temperature — requires ACPI thermal zones in your firmware; common on laptops, often absent on desktops.
Fan speed and power draw depend on what each vendor exposes through their WDDM driver — some iGPUs and certain discrete GPUs report only temperature, or nothing at all.
Bluetooth — requires a Bluetooth radio adapter
Battery — laptop/UPS only; desktop systems automatically show system uptime in its place.
S.M.A.R.T. disk health — drive-dependent; most SATA/SAS drives report full data, NVMe support varies by drive and driver, and some USB enclosures may not expose S.M.A.R.T. at all.

MetSIDash runs straight out of the box — no extra software, runtimes, or vendor packages to install. Everything it needs is already part of Windows.

Diagnostic Logger

A searchable in-app session log with configurable retention, optional log files, manual snapshots, and periodic system-metrics snapshots. Choose tab-only, file-only, or both.

Flexible Appearance & Refresh

Choose from five dashboard themes, adjust collection from 250 ms to 5 seconds, pause the displayed snapshot while collection continues, and select DirectX 11, OpenGL 3, or software rendering.

Portable by Default

Run without writing settings or logs, or opt into local-file or Registry/AppData storage. MetSIDash keeps persistence under your control.
